Tour events may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. If you attend, your image or voice may appear in that footage. We use it to promote the Tour and share our work. See our Terms and Conditions for details, or contact us if you have a concern about footage that includes you.
Sensitive Topics and the Care We Take
The Tour addresses grief, loss, death, and recovery, alongside humor. We know these topics are deeply personal. We do not require you to share sensitive details, we ask that you share only what you are comfortable sharing, and we handle the information you do provide with care. Our shows and content are entertainment and education; they are not therapy, counseling, or medical care.

We use personal information to:
- Process ticket and merchandise orders, and admit you to shows.

How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described here:
- Service providers and processors that perform services for us. These include our ticketing platform, our customer relationship and email or text platform (GoHighLevel), website hosting, analytics, and payment processing. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Venues and event partners, only as needed to admit you, manage the event, or meet venue safety requirements.
- Advertising and analytics partners that may receive certain online identifiers through cookies or pixels so we can measure and improve our outreach. Depending on your state, some of this activity may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information; see Your Privacy Rights to opt out.
- Legal, safety, and compliance recipients, when we believe disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, understand usage, and measure the performance of our content. With your permission, we may use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used and improve the experience. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of certain analytics using the providers' own tools. Blocking some technologies may affect how parts of the Site work.
Email and Text (SMS) Communications
If you provide your email address, we may send administrative messages, such as ticket confirmations and show updates, and, where permitted, marketing messages. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
If you provide your phone number and consent to texts, we may send messages related to your tickets, a show, or your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the rights described below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

The categories of personal information we may collect include identifiers (such as name, email, phone, and IP address), commercial information (such as tickets and items you purchase), internet or network activity (such as usage data), audio and visual information (such as photos or recordings at shows), and the contents of communications you choose to send. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Other US State Privacy Rights
Residents of states such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and others may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data. We honor these rights as required by applicable law.
European Economic Area and United Kingdom
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Users
We are based in the United States and process and store information here. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. The November 15, 2026 show at The Comedy Store La Jolla is for guests 21 and older. Age requirements for future shows will be stated on the applicable event page. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site links to third-party pages, including ticketing pages, order and opt-in pages hosted by our customer relationship platform, and nealtricarico.com. Those services have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them. We encourage you to review their policies.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a Do Not Track signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, we do not currently respond to them.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top. Material changes may be communicated through the Site or by other means. Your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated policy.
